'Block to Cut on' is a food preparation surface. Made
from hardwood such as Beech and Oak which is durable.
Our tops
come pre-oiled and require oiling (approx once every 1 to
3 months depending on usage).

This Block,
we nicknamed the 'Big One'. It measures 5ftx3ft. Constructed
the same way as the 'blocks to cut on', it has a beech top
(for food preparation) with oak surround.

This bread
donstation was commissioned for Jamie Oliver's Italian restaurant
'Jamie's Italian' in Covent Garden, London. Made of oak, it
has large grooves for the bread crumbs to drop through after
cutting bread. The crumbs fall into the drawer which are easily
removed. Two pot shelves for storage.
